Hello dear friends!
It was gorgeous this past weekend, and now has been cold and rainy during the week (hello spring! where are you?) so I’m doing what I often do when I wish it were warmer… plan out outfits for the warmer days ahead.
- Loving this gold statement necklace
- What a lovely white dress! So timeless.
- Fascinating study about walking and the natural behavior of pedestrians
- If I didn’t already have my wedding shoes (and had unlimited resources), I would want these heels!
- Hahahha… oh the next generation
- I want to buy the waffle maker that made this for my lovely friend Claire
- Perfect polka dot shirt
Kids have the most wonderful imaginations. There are no limitations. Anything is real.
A wonderful business called Child’s Own has worked to bring children’s imaginations to life by taking drawing and turning them into “softies”, stuffed animals that are the perfect likeness of their imaginative origins. Take a look at these amazing creations! Below you’ll see some of the original drawings and the resultant softies. Wendy is a genius!
Other softie makes can be found here.
Bon vendredi mes amies! I thought to round out the past couple days of GORGEOUS images via Wedding Chicks and Primary Petals, I’d share with you some lovely images of Paris from Chelsea Victoria. I’m loooooving all the balloons and heart bokeh.
If you love these images as much as I do, you can head on over to Chelsea Victoria’s shop and look around – she’s having a buy one get one free sale through the rest of the week!
And this week’s french word is pamplemousse, meaning grapefruit! (yum!)
My little sister is currently in Madrid (I know, I’m jealous too) and I’ve asked her to share some of her photos and stories when she gets back. Until then, she’s sent a few quick shots as a teaser. I can’t wait to see more and hear her stories!
[One of her favorite streets from the first day. Love all the colors!]
[Her lunch! That chocolate croissant -ish thing looks amazing.]
[A cute little bookstore]
